Researchers from the Digital Health Human Factors Group are delivering a Learning Lab at this year’s Health Innovation Community (HIC) Conference, in Sydney on 3-4 August.
HIC brings together Australia’s digital health community, including academics, industry, government, health services and consumers. The team’s Learning Lab “Heuristic evaluation in action: How much does expertise matter” will give participants an opportunity to learn about usability, apply heuristics analysis to evaluate a digital tool, and learn about the strengths and limitations of usability evaluation methods.
